Studio AM is a licensed architecture firm based in Winter Springs, Florida. We work with homeowners, developers, and business owners who are ready to move forward with their projects.

Our work typically starts with an initial conversation and carries through to signed and sealed construction documents. Each phase is outlined in advance, deliverables are clearly defined, and clients stay informed throughout; including during review comments, which are a standard part of the process.

Although we’re based in Central Florida, our work is not limited to one area. We have projects across the state, and our approach to documentation, coordination, and communication stays consistent regardless of location.
