JACKSONVILLE, FL (2025)

Permit drawings prepared for a third-floor apartment unit following fire damage. The scope focused on documenting existing conditions and producing a clear, code-compliant permit set to support the repair and restoration of the unit, allowing the project to move efficiently through the approval process.

The scope included documenting existing conditions across several units and developing a coordinated, code-compliant permit set for their repair and restoration. The drawings were structured to streamline review and support an efficient path through the approval process.

Commercial tenant build-out for a cat café, merging a traditional café experience with a dedicated cat room for enthusiasts. The layout clearly separates the café and cat areas while maintaining an intuitive flow between spaces. Durable materials and code-compliant life safety considerations were incorporated to support a functional, distinctive retail environment.
